INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1 ) Pre - gel method: the recommend concentration of gel is 5 % - 10 %.
Weigh a certain amount of BP-HC and slowly add it into water at 25 - 35 ℃ with low-speed stirring to avoid caking. When the viscosity increases, adjust the rotating speed to 1500-2000rpm and disperse for 20-30min to fully expand and disperse the product to form homogeneous gel, and leave it for 8 - 24 hours for future use. The bentonite suspension is then metered into the desired system with stirring until fully dispersed and mixed.
2 ) Sand grinding dispersion method or high-speed shearing. Stir the products to qualified fineness and then add emulsion.
